Documentation

If you do not possess relevant Polish documents proving your ancestors' Polish citizenship, the very first thing to do is to run archival searches in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, or Lithuania. See here: ARCHIVES SEARCH. Without the proper Polish documents, it is not possible to apply for the confirmation of citizenship by descent. If you do have Polish documents, please kindly email us copies to examine at [email protected]
